Once you find your perfect fit with a little bit of trial and error, you’ll barely feel the Whoop on your wrist. The downside to this band, though, is that it utilizes a clasp system that isn’t easily adjustable, so if you wake up in the middle of the night you can’t just unbuckle the strap by one hole like a smartwatch, you have to take the whole thing off and carefully fix the sizing. Wearing multiple sleep trackers at once wasn’t a very comfortable experience, but the Whoop is smaller and thinner than many of the other options we tested and its knit band felt more comfortable than the silicone straps of other trackers. While Whoop makes it easy to understand what affects your sleep, all this tracking would be for nothing if it wasn’t comfortable and easy to wear and use.
